1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a stay or using any services provided by Golden Simcha Hotel, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including any subsequent updates. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Reservations and Payments

Reservations made through Golden Simcha Hotel's website or other booking channels are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms and cancellation policies apply as per the booking details provided at the time of reservation. We accept major credit cards, mobile money, and bank transfers. A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must present valid government-issued identification upon check-in.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their rooms and adhering to Golden Simcha Hotel's policies regarding noise, conduct, and use of facilities. Any damages caused by guests will be charged accordingly. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Pets are not allowed except for service animals.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival: No charge
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival: One night's room charge
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation
• Group bookings (5 rooms or more) require 7 days' notice for cancellation

6. Privacy and Data Security

Golden Simcha Hotel respects your privacy and employs industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, guests acknowledge that no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed as entirely secure. We collect personal information solely for reservation and service improvement purposes.

7. Hotel Facilities and Services

• Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas
• Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM
• Room service is available during specified hours
• Laundry services are available at additional cost
• Parking is available for guests (subject to availability)
• Airport shuttle service available upon request

8. Amendments and Modifications

Golden Simcha Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, rates, and policies at any time. Guests are encouraged to review the current terms prior to making a reservation or using our services. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Golden Simcha Hotel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your stay, including but not limited to, injuries, losses, or damages to property. Guests are responsible for securing their valuables, and safe deposit boxes are available at the front desk.

10. Force Majeure

Golden Simcha Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, natural disasters, or other emergencies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Accra, Ghana.

12. Children Policy

• Children under 12 years stay free when using existing bedding
• Extra beds are available for children at additional cost
• Children must be supervised by adults at all times in all hotel areas
• Childcare services available upon advance request
